MADE-TO-ORDER
As we specialise in Custom & Bespoke clothing, all of our products are Made-to-Order and are produced in-house here in the UK.

To avoid unnecessary waste where possible, we don't mass produce any of our products. Any of our limited products which are produced in bulk are pre-order only, so each item that is produced is already allocated to an order.

TURN-AROUND TIMES
As we operate on a made-to-order/pre-order basis, this means that we work with longer turn-around times and we're unable process your order immediately after payment. We send several emails once your order is placed so you can follow the journey of your item(s). You will receive the following emails from us, so keep an eye out for these!;
[1] Order Confirmation, [2] Order Processing, [3] Pattern Pieces Complete, [4] Order is in Production and [5] Order Complete. You will receive your estimated date of completion along with your Order Processing Email.

Turn-around times vary depending on the nature of each order and how busy we are. We will always aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. If you're needing your order for a specific time - please contact us before placing your order to avoid disappointment. Equally if you would like to get a rough idea when you will receive your order, just get in contact with us! *Please note: the rough date you are given is based on the order being placed the same day, and this is only an estimate*

Store Products: 14 - 21 Working Days
Scrunchies: 3 - 5 Working Days
Custom Orders: 2 - 6months+ depending on the order. Orders containing multiple items will be longer.

SUPPLIERS
We have a range of suppliers enabling us to source the best fabrics, trims and supplies for all of our custom garments and collection pieces.
​
We do our best to support local and other small businesses in our journey as much as we can, so some of our fabrics are limited. Once they're gone - they're gone! If you do see a fabric you like, we recommend placing an order while stock lasts.

If you have a particular fabric that you would like to use, thats absolutely fine. Just let us know!
Due to fabric compositions and characteristics, not all fabrics will work well with every product. We can advise on this when we discuss your fabric with you.
